Dr. Matthew Hitchner

Dr. Matthew Hitchner graduated from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1990 and has been practicing at Family Chiropractic in Tuscaloosa ever since. He specializes in back, neck and extremity pain; injures from automobile accidents, carpal tunnel syndrome and disc injuries. He uses Diversified, Cox’s Flexion/Distraction and Activator techniques all of which are hands-on, effective treatments which can help to relieve your back, neck, and extremity pain. Dr Hitchner’s treatments do not include surgery or medications, which means you will be offered alternatives which are non-invasive, hands-on and effective.

Dr. Michael Horn

Dr. Michael Horn graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1985 and has been practicing at Family Chiropractic ever since. He has post doctorate certifications as a chiropractic sports physician and clinical acupuncturist. He is also certified in determining disability/impairment ratings.

Dr. Horn uses various techniques including Diversified, Cox Flexion/Distraction, Activator, Receptor tonus method and NeuroMuscular Re-education (NMR). He stresses biomechanical correction, stabilization, strengthening exercises and proper nutrition.
